Lub Dub Acoustic Duo will be at the Seneca Falls Heritage and Tourism Center playing songs you know and love in a rearranged and relaxed style. Enjoy the music while you explore the museum’s exhibits, grab some free refreshments, or while you are taking a break from all the other great First Friday activities! 5-8PM
We will be taking a musical break from 6:30-7 PM to stretch out and do some Yoga with Vanessa, Seneca Falls newest yoga instructor and owner of HarNess Yoga. Bring your mat if you have one, there will be a few extras if you do not. This is beginner level yoga and a great way to relax on a Friday evening.
